ABOUT AARON
Founder of Housewarming Home Inspection in 2001. Aaron has inspected thousands of St. Louis metro area homes, including St. Charles County and Jefferson County. Unlike some of the big franchises, when you call our office, you won't get a trainee. You get an experienced, Certified ASHI Member who is FHA/VA Certified and a member of the Association of Realtors.

Serving as President of St Louis ASHI in 2012 adds to Aaron’s long list of professional credentials. He has trained students for the home inspection industry and taught classes for first-time home buyers for Beyond Housing and The Urban League (See LINKS page). We have the communication skills to ensure you will understand the findings in the report.

Many people have praised our computerized report system, which is simple to read, understand, & e-mail. We communicate exceptionally well with our clients so they understand the findings. Photos of specific concerns make the e-mailed version of the report complete. Our report includes a maintenance guide that has countless tips for our clients to use in their new homes. ABOUT ALEX
Hello! I’m Alex Kendall. I am a certified ASHI inspector with thousands of inspections under my belt. I started out working for larger multi-inspection firms in Indiana & Minnesota, which provided me with a great deal of experience. My fiance is in the Healthcare industry, which led us to the great state of Missouri & the St. Louis area.

Aaron & I have partnered up, utilizing our expertise and knowledge to better serve anyone in the home-buying process. I have introduced drone capabilities & thermal imaging to the Housewarming team with my years of experience. I serve on the Board of Education for our local STL chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Additionally, I am the treasurer for 2025 and the PR chair for 2024-2025. Joining the Housewarming Home Inspection team has been an excellent opportunity to provide a more personalized experience for homebuyers like yourself. After working for multi-inspection firms, I truly believe the personal aspect sets us apart from other inspection companies. We don't just "send an inspector" to the home; we come with a face & name you can remember and rely on.

Some of my interests include camping, fishing, mountain biking, traveling, building/construction projects, and being with family.
